Shipping and Returns
Order Processing
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight. Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time — subscribe to be the first to know.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s tracking system.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. For international orders, delivery may vary due to customs processes and local postal services.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — including unit numbers, buzzer codes, and gate codes. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, contact us at info@howrare.ca and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it promptly.
Restricted Items
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we’ll notify you and cancel the order.
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@howrare.ca with your order number — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping is at your cost. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover everything.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sale items are final sale.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned: items not in their original condition or packaging, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges are available for damaged items only. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Before shipping: Contact us immediately at info@howrare.ca. Orders are processed quickly — if your order has already been packaged or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
After shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos and a brief description. We’ll take care of it.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend collecting your shipment promptly upon delivery.
